Margaret is @Jes' Fuchinwitcha. When the guy later know as "Jes" first came to Dot-Org, he used the name Margaret to troll conservatives. He pretended to be a woman. Now, Jes will say that he never actually told anyone he was a woman, just used the name "Margaret", and people assumed.
As Margaret, Jes was nothing more than a troll and avoided answering any questions. I suppose he later chose the name Jes'Fuchinwitcha because that was what he was attempting to do using the original name Margaret.
