What baffles me is that weed is supposed to chill you out. However, it doesn't seem to have any effect on him.

I got nothing against weed.  If I could I would smoke it once or twice a week on the weekends.  

It does have an effect on him.  He is more confident in his false stances when he is high.

Depends on if he partakes of the sativa or the indica.

Sativa kinda winds you up and tends to make you more creative, where the indica makes you more of a couch potato and want to sleep.

I know nothing of modern day weed. If I were to buy it I would ask for 70s/80s style weed.
