Are Republicans prepared to defend a member of the House Homeland Security Committee openly endorsing the dissolution of the United States?
I would bet good money that they are.
I am not a republican, but I will defend her.

Probably.  Though the thought of someone else as stupid as BeannieBaby having a chance (as remote as it is) to procreate gives me chills.

When half the country is divorced from reality and refuses to get help, you have two options. Kill them or give them their own chunk of land to live out their tranny, genital mutilation, child grooming, biology denying fantasy on each other.

Personally, I'd rather put a bullet in the back of every dim's head and bury them in a mass grave.

The CO2 levels in the atmosphere are dropping just thinking about it.

I wonder who she thinks will have to pay for people to relocate to the appropriate state.
And what should happen to people whose families are split politically?
People move. If they want to go red, they load up the sled, and soon enough, they've fled to a better place to lay their head.

You're trying to complicate it. It's blood simple. We draw a line, you pick a side. There'd likely be an equal number of homes for sale.

Good thread.   Thought provoking.
Logically speaking, if a husband & wife cannot get along, then isn't it better
to start thinking about a peaceful divorce?           Tribes are like that, also.
Some tribes are friendly......some are not.
Some tribes are like lions & hyenas.......they should not be caged together.
Wouldn't the Dems be happier without Southern White-Trash like me

They, MTG and Taipan and Republicans and MAGAts and etc, are traitors to the country, heart and soul. As the confederates they are descended from. As the confederates my ancestors and my wife's ancestors killed. Deservedly.
MTG isn't saying anything that the left doesn't believe as well... she is just saying it out loud.

Don't think for a minute that the majority prog/lefties would like nothing more than the MAGAts to be rounded up and put in camps or on an island and just be done with it.

Just read y'all's own posts.

Hell, you just said they deserve death.

How is that any different?
This is what MTG once said about the Speaker of the House.
"She's a traitor to our country, she's guilty of treason," Greene said of Pelosi in a 2019 Facebook video, according to CNN. "She took an oath to protect American citizens and uphold our laws.

And she gives aid and comfort to our enemies who illegally invade our land. That's what treason is. And by our law representatives and senators can be kicked out and no longer serve in our government.

And it's, uh, it's a crime punishable by death is what treason is. Nancy Pelosi is guilty of treason."
Of course when asked about it under oath, she said she couldn't recall ever saying that.
Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia insisted under oath that she does not remember expressing support for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's execution in 2019.

Greene also denied knowledge of several other statements and social media posts brought forward by the group.

At one point, Greene was questioned about the fact that her Facebook account liked a post from a commenter stating that "a bullet to the head would be quicker" to remove Pelosi.

Asked about that comment, she bashed CNN.

Taipan I'll tell you what I really think. I think your states are too enmeshed with blue States and blue cities in your red states are too enmeshed with their states; there is too much money at stake and the folks who have the money are not going to let you secede.
They happen to own the politicians who will make the decision.
There will be no secession.
I'm not saying this because I favor that the states continue to be unified even though I do but I honestly think that the powers that be will not permit states to secede from the Union.
Remember we are an oligarchy the place is run by the money. The folks with the money do not want that kind of disruption of the status quo
Long as we keep their taxes low.

True.
Not right now.
But as things get worse under Dem leadership,...... things will continue to deteriorate.
America will steadily decline until America will look like an African **** country.
Then...secession will look a whole lot more attractive.

Here is my point.
Let's keep that option on the table for our children.
Or, a 'negotiating chip' for future parley.

Don't have time to do the research...and much more importantly, don't care enough to do it.  I'm smart enough to understand the comment is just an uniformed liberal talking point.  I just occasionally like to point out the obvious and see what kind of reaction I get. To date, I have yet to encounter a liberal who also understands that and is honest enough to admit as much.
Apparently you are not smart enough to find a source that backs up your claim.
The comment is NOT an uniformed Liberal talking point.
It's a fact, something that right wingers seem to be allergic to.

Red states, on average, rank significantly higher than blue states when it comes to freeloading off other states. But why are blue states significantly less dependent on federal largess? Because blue states contribute far more to the U.S. economy than red states. On balance, their workers are more skilled and better educated.

Blue states pay more than their fair share. Here are the receipts.

Just because you don't see her on FOX News, that doesn't mean she's hiding.

What does that mean, for whom the bell tolls?
Sounds like a threat.
She already escaped death once when some asshole broke into her house and attacked her husband.
Are you hoping someone will finish the job?

What is it with you right wingers always threatening violence?
You sound like a bunch of terrorists.

This wet dream you have about another Civil War, is not quite as simple as North Versus South.
Republicans and Democrats are not separated geographically.
They live together in both Red states and Blue states.
They are even mingled together in families.

How will you know who to shoot at Cowboy?
People don't have their party affiliation tattooed on their foreheads.
