He covered that. There are a remnant of *** living within the black community, dragging the numbers down. In truth, there ARE black middle and upper middle class suburbs that exist within this white-run society which are highly functional. That fact does not dispute your thesis.

It seems to me the integratiion is a continuous process. The Civil rights act is only 60 years old.. The quest for equality lives on within society.

Honest hearts know that there is a substantial minority which will never integrate - which will remain ***. If you doubt me, ask black folks. They move away from *** as fast as they can. 

OF ALL THE RACES, black subSaharan Africans are the only ones who move the **** away from their neighborhoods as fast as they can. Every other race WANTS to be around their own kind. Not your nigra. Your of-colored wants the **** away.

I would offer the hypothesis that humanities degradation is not racist.   Everybody is going down a rabbit hole.  Every race has its share of people who look for the five minute solution and resist the long view.

I was an apartment maintenance technician for low income housing in town. I will only call the residents people.  The job sucked seeing how people live.  The worst tenant who kept a **** hole of an apartment (insects crawling on children sleeping on the floor) was the only white in 50 units. It sure seemed to me like a symptom of systematic poverty. In any event, I walk away with a liberal conscience of empathy for those folks. But I am glad I don't have the job anymore.

I also sympathize with the down and out. I am not without charity. But I like to keep my LEGAL obligations quite **** clear.

        About 5 miles South of me is the Negro majority city of Riviera Beach FL... It is officially recognized as an African American Township.... 
It has about 35,000 residents, and along with a large majority Negro population, it is also almost exclusively managed & administered by fellow ******.... It holds the distinction of being designated the most dangerous city in our State, with a murder and violent crime rate 7 times the national average... While I'm sure if researched, we can probably find a Negro majority populated & managed town that isn't a drug & crime infested ****, it is more likely to be the exception than the rule... 

        This proven record of ruin & failure is not unique to the domestic American Negro... We see this pretty much everywhere the Negro holds a majority and political power.. The worst examples of this are probably in Africa / South Africa.. We also see it in Haiti Jamaica, Trinidad, Bahamas, and other Negro majority demographics..

         Down in Miami, we have Over-Town and Little Haiti.... The Battle-Apes there are locked & loaded... The Cops won't even venture into some of their neighborhoods without the armored SWAT Vehicles..
