And that was done via Executive Order. Just if case you're too stupid to know, an EO signed by one President can easily be reversed by an EO signed by a subsequent President. Stink Finger has been in office for over two years and has signed 107 Executive Orders. If Secretary Buttplug and Stink Finger thought the regulations that Trump reversed were necessary and important to the overall safety of the people, Stink Finger simply needed to sign an EO.
