Randy Weaver was on his own property and did not pose a threat to anyone. Do you think the sniper that pulled the trigger on Vicki Weaver and his superior that ordered the shoot should have been tried and convicted of murder? Yes or No?
Because if you think Chauvin got what he deserved, then you have to say yes in the Ruby Ridge case.

I just pointed out that Weaver was on his own property and didn't pose a threat to anyone. Floyd's situation was certainly different.

I said the actions were more justified, not murder.
You seem to be of the camp that believes Chauvin intended to kill Floyd, but I don't think he did... which is why I also believe that at the most Chauvin should have been guilty of manslaughter, not murder.
At Ruby Ridge, on the other hand, those FBI agents were shooting to kill with every shot. It was their intention to kill.
