I'm not saying mainvain is a stolen valor / PX soldier MOFO BUT if I found out he was E-1 washout...I wouldn't be surprised in the least.
When I served in MDW (Military District of Washington) as a land transportation operator (the Army way of saying a driver) I came in contact with a lot of senior officers and they all acted like educated leaders of troop ready to live or die for our nation. None of which acted like a child which is typical of mainvain's cyber behavior.
I think he got hit in the head with a anchor while polishing it and the Navy couldn't put him out and could not keep him. So they put him in a room with a chair, a TV, a phone that never rang (to give him further orders) along with the anchor and a 55-gallon drum of polish and told him that was his duty station.
Maybe that is why he lacks esprit de corps and thinks he's a WWII JAP soldier trapped on a SP island...with nothing but a computer and a 7.7x58mm Shiki round "Woodpecker."
