We actually had some plans to take out ships in the Black Sea which we haven't followed through on apparently.

I did a little more research and it turns out the Ukrainians have sunk most of the Black Sea fleet. Putin has approximately seven ships left. They severely damaged the new flagship that replaced the sunken flagship with a drone boat attack.
