Post a rule about having your own intelligent commentary about your citations? Most people, intelligent ones, don't need a rule for that.

I want to give you some free advice directly related to the tital wave of this thread. Grooming is being performed on others by those groomed as experts to groom others replacing the lifetimes already groomed.
