No one denies that. What we are saying is there wasn't any insurrection. It wasn't what the democrats kept lying to us about. It was a riot and most of the people there were just following a herd into the capitol. The people involved in the riot need to be held accountable and not made political pawns in the Democrat's attempts to make money and get votes off of January 6th.maineman » 08 Mar 2023, 10:08 am » wrote: ↑ Of course not.... but video of non-violent citizens does not change the fact that violence was, in fact, occurring in other areas of the building. My grass doesn't leave clippings.
That's the story you are going with eh? A shirtless guy with face paint and a bison hat on a guided tour of the capitol by capitol police is recon for who, the Special Olympics of Insurrectionists?Jes'Fuchinwitcha » 07 Mar 2023, 7:50 pm » wrote: ↑ The TkTuck security cam videos aren't from January 6. OH NOESSSS!! They are wandering around the capitol. LMAO! No one said they were with the police the whole time. The point is they were with the police and some points and it was not an insurrection.Misty » 07 Mar 2023, 3:01 pm » wrote: ↑ The ENTIRE time he was in the building.
Really?
So Tuckems has already watched all 44,000 hours of video?
That's amazing!
Here are some images of the QAnon Shaman NOT being led by the Capitol police.
I highly doubt that the Capitol police led him into the Senate chamber.
Do you think they did?
If this is video cherry picking, then what was it when democrats only showed the violent rioters?Misty » 07 Mar 2023, 3:04 pm » wrote: ↑ No amount of cherry picked video is going to change the fact that we all saw what happened that day in real time.
Yes, some rioters did break the law and were charged with breaking the law. They were not insurrectionists.Jes'Fuchinwitcha » 07 Mar 2023, 3:07 pm » wrote: ↑ Jacob Chansley... pleaded guilty to a single felony count of obstructing an official proceeding before Congress.
Mr. Chansley was ... charged with civil disorder, obstruction, disorderly conduct in a restricted building and demonstrating in a Capitol building.
Chansley apologized to the judge for breaking the law.
It isn't unprecedented.Xavier_Onassis » 07 Mar 2023, 10:34 am » wrote: ↑ It was totally wrong and unprecedented that all these tapes were presented exclusively to the official Fox "News" propagandist, Figplucker Carlson. If you don't deny that the constitutional transfer of power was delayed, how can you turn around and claim there was not an attempted insurrection?RayJJohnson » 08 Mar 2023, 10:34 am » wrote: ↑ No one denies that. We bring you back to the BLM riots where thousands and thousands over the course of the 2020 summer were burning buildings, assaulting and murdering people. Lots of businesses were shut down and you lefties defended them. You lied for them. Almost no one defending the January 6th rioters.
how many firearms does it take to lynch a vice president?RayJJohnson » 08 Mar 2023, 10:23 am » wrote: ↑ They were most certainly armed. Every single one of them had arms attached to their shoulders and those are the worst type of insurrectionists.
Huh? You don't lynch with firearms. You lynch with ropes, at least that's what the Democrats in the KKK tell me.maineman » 08 Mar 2023, 11:16 am » wrote: ↑ how many firearms does it take to lynch a vice president?
There was no stoppage of the transfer of power. They finished up the ceremony in the capitol later that day. Biden was sworn in a president with out any delay. Also that events at the capitol were ceremonial. It would not have stopped any transfer of power even if the ceremony was delayed or stopped.maineman » 08 Mar 2023, 11:13 am » wrote: ↑ If you don't deny that the constitutional transfer of power was delayed, how can you turn around and claim there was not an attempted insurrection?
Testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee, FBI Director Christopher Wray called the Jan. 6 insurrection "domestic terrorism"
A better analogy, if you want to use JFK's assassination, would be to say that for all these years the narrative has been that Oswald acted alone, and then a video surfaces that clearly and definitively shows a second shooter at the top of the grassy knoll... effectively disproving the long held narrative.maineman » 08 Mar 2023, 9:19 am » wrote: ↑ As I said earlier... if there had been hundreds of video surveillance cameras at Dealey Plaza in Dallas on November 22, 1963, I would guess that 99.9% of those hours of videotape would have shown happy, excited Texans standing and waving and getting ready to greet the handsome young president and his gorgeous wife as they drove by.
If someone were to release all that footage from that day, would all those smiling happy peaceful Texans capture on film change YOUR perception of what happened on that day?
Does the fact that, once the barriers were breached, once the windows were smashed, once the doors were broken into, once the capitol police realized they were horribly outnumbered and retreated deeper into the building, once people could just walk in unabated and unchallenged, somehow change the reality that there WAS a great deal of serious violence happening in several locations throughout the building? Windows were being smashed, LEO's were being beaten, fire extinguishers were being used to smash doors and barriers throughout the capitol. Video footage of other areas where violence was not occurring does not mean it wasn't actually happening. There really WAS a gallows... the crowd really DID surge through the building shouting "Hang Mike Pence". The insurrectionists really DID want to stop the certification of the electoral college and they, in fact, succeeded in delaying it for several hours while members of congress and the vice president hid for their lives. SOME people may have been able to walk around parts of the capitol looking like non-violent bystanders, but so what?
Dealey Plaza was filled with folks like that too.

IMO, in the wake of the George Floyd murder, the BLM movement could have made MUCH more of a positive impact if they had peacefully marched and protested and totally refrained from the violence they were purportedly protesting about.

Because it did not exist, it was assembled at Fox "News" by hirelings supplied to the Figplucker by Murdoch. The truth is that Trump planned to LEAD a mob he knew was armed to lay seize to the Capitol and prevent the bona fide results of an election he clearly lost from being accepted by Congress. His Secret Service men refused to allow him to join the mob.
And this riot was totally unrelated to any BLM or George Floyd demonstrations.
