His lawyer wasn't provided the footage or exculpatory evidence, can't blame him for encouraging the plea deal. 4 years vs 20 in today's climate? He was wise taking the 4 years. I can't imagine this footage was seen by his attorney, and still decided on having him plea out... Hopefully this newly released footage will lead to his conviction being overturned.. If the prosecution was aware of this video footage and knowingly withheld it, someone else might be sitting in that **** jail cell in Shaman's place.
