The problem with the tapes is it proves the prosecution withheld exculpatory evidence. That's grounds for dismissal of the charges and he being immediately released.

We already saw the riot inside. Truck said there was a riot. The point of the video Tucker release was there was more to the story and it wasn't an insurrection.
