I have been doing 'spiritual atonements since October 1st.
I started by not eating meat for 90 days, and it stuck.
Then I got off any booze. I will still drink wine because otherwise I can't sleep.
This summer will be no tv at all. I will live at my lake place with no cable or wifi, and just read and meditate and get deeper within.
I am really looking forward to it!
One of them was to walk away from this negativity for a time.
I missed those I consider true friends here, but I needed to get to a place where I was strong enough not to get into the mud with others.
I just wish everyone well.

I was happy for you, until you started talking about all of that crystal healer stuff.  Dude, there is nothing special about crystals, except they look pretty. They do not interact with the human body's chemistry or anything else for that matter.  All of the grains of sand on this planet were once part of large crystalline structures. God provided animals for the nourishment of humans.
Sometimes we are their nourishment as well.
Especially after we are dead and buried.
The animals eat the plants that also have energy and auras.
We are all connected.

No. That is not something I have started to research yet.
I am highly clairaudient and empathic.
Clairvoyant to a lesser degree.
I am working on developing those skills right now.
I am also working on remote viewing.
In the future I would like to learn more about past life regression and Akashic records.
Hopefully this summer I can start that study.
