The sacral chakra develops from the age of 7-14 years old.
It seems you had some deficiencies in your life during that time.
You can meditate with carnelian, amber, or orange calcite. Pair it with a clear quartz to amplify the effects.
If you consistently work to cleanse and balance this chakra, you will become more emotionally stable and care less what others think.
I would recommend a guided meditation specifically for the sacral chakra.
