But, that's just it, they don't. Matter is made up of much more than just elections. And, at least one form of matter, ionized hydrogen, has no electrons. You neglected what precedes that. Verse 3 is Elijah and Moses talking with Jesus. Reincarnation is an eastern concept. It is not biblical and certainly not part of Christianity.
