Merchan is going to TOTALLY dismiss all charges in a short time. He's NOT going to want to have the appellate court kick his *** around due to his MISCONDUCT on the bench in this trial. TOTALLY a reason for overturning 100% of this "conviction" of AT WORSE a misdemeanor and at BEST an accounting error. You need an ACTUAL VICTIM before you have a CRIME and NO ONE can seem to name one. AND you need a PROVEN underlying crime to jack up to felony level ****, and no one seems to have that one either.

LMAO!  Not according to the Jury FInding.  Look question #1.  THe answer was no.  Plus, a civil trial has a lower burden of proof.  If it was a criminal trial he would have been charge aggravated sexual assault as I posted.

Conviction and judgments are not "backfiring"....they are the consequences of Due Process. And constitute the ultimate validation of the prosecutions.
