I would say the odds are really pretty good.

         This is one of the most disturbing parts of this man's story... The FBI had this video footage... They knew he was innocent of what he'd been charged with... Liz Cheney and Adam Schiff also knew, and they gladly sent this man to prison based on outrageous lies... His defense Lawyer had him sign a horrible Plea Agreement, which states he cannot appeal his sentence... He agreed to the plea for fear of getting a much longer sentence, not knowing that video of his movements which proved his claims of innocence existed and was being withheld from his defence....

He pleaded to the single charge of "Obstruction of an Official Proceeding" ....  The reason he copped a plea was because he was told he'd face up to 20 years in prison if he did not... Keep in mind we now know that Video which collaborated the account of his innocence did in fact exist -- and was illegally withheld from his defense.

  He was not a leader ... He entered the Senate Bldg. alone, walked the corridors with only Police walking alongside him, and entered the Senate Floor alone...There were already people there before he arrived..  He was designated a leader because he stood out with his bizarre costume..
