Call me any names you want.  I don't care.  For decades, We've had a gun violence problem with kids being shot up in schools.   The latest thing isn't protesting the tragic deaths of those children.  Now so many are protesting the drag queen readings and my question is this: Where were the protests over Uvalde?  Sandy Hook?

Me personally, I see a correlation between a collapsing society and the increase in mass shootings in this Country over the last few decades. The shootings are a symptom of a bigger problem, and the firearms themselves aren't the reason for the shootings. Calling for firearm bans/laws to curb violence is like making drugs illegal to stop an addict from using.

You can't raise a kid on a steady diet of unrestricted internet access, violent video games/media, identity politics, promoting abortion, sexual deviancy, and the idea that they are entitled to everything they want in life when they want it, and then be surprised when one of them snaps and shoots up a school or a night club one day. Add in the psychotropic drugs that everyone under the age of 30 seems to be on today and you get what we got... which is a bunch of self centered mind numb zombies that truly believe the world orbits around them. Firearms have been a part of this Country since it's founding, but mass shootings are a phenomenon that has only become prominent in the last few decades.

There is no moral center anymore, and THAT'S the bigger problem, in my humble opinion anyway... so pushing back against teaching 3rd graders about drag queens and sexual identity in school directly relates to trying to get us, as a society, back on track.

So... you honestly believe that "right wingers" support mass shootings?

I think it pretty much goes without saying the vast majority of people period, regardless of political affiliation, are against mass murder.

The difference is, some of us are more concentrated on the why than the how they are happening. The problem never has been the gun. The problem is the broken person using the gun.
