I'd normally attribute more brains to a person making something of themselves in the business world a lot easier than any politician, and certainly more than a corrupt, serial liar and a demented one, but Oprah loses that credit for being such an ignorant racist who gives millions to the most left-wing radical causes, so she loses that respect from me.

I bank exclusively with local banks. New town new bank. I don't close the old account - Zelle now makes every bank the same account.

I predict next Friday is going to see retailers radically dropping prices. I don't know what the **** is going on, but this makes me plenty nervous.

What will be your view as "radically dropping" vs a "sale" price?

I don't shop on these stupid sale days much. I don't have a decent reference anymore.
Signs blaring 60% off seems radical to me already.

I don't follow sales ever. My tires get worn down, I get new ones. The sale was always last month.
The hexagon pans seem senseless. It's the coating itself, not the print pattern. Don't be fooled, young lady.

It all evens out in the long run.
Use the tires right down to "forensics-less tracks" and get a new pan when you see a permanent crust.

When I sell my house, doesn't matter if it's a seller's or buyer's market.
You get **** at one end and make out at the other... People time **** and I just compare notes later.
It basically evens out.
