Hater to tell you dope-arse, but Bragg is testing a "legal theory" that has NEVER been used to prosecute ANYONE EVER since it's been a known fact that it's one that JURISTS would toss inside of 2 seconds. He's attempting to turn a misdemeanor into a felony with NO LAW IN PLACE that would allow that to happen. AND it's a risky attempt since he needs to PROVE beyond a shadow of any doubt that a felony was committed without ANY LEGAL STANDING to do so. Odds are, NO PROS will be the end result as it's NOTHING more than a LWNJ funded by SOROS trying to destroy the POLITICAL AMBITIONS OF TRUMP!

PERHAPS you need to READ SOMETHING other that your LWNJ propaganda so you can get some FACTS AND TRUTH!!!
