CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS WERE ESTABLISHED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT AND VIOLATIONS ARE TRIED IN FEDERAL COURT.

THE RADICAL LEFT ARE MAKING ATTEMPTS TO CORRUPT THE SYSTEM AGAIN

Which is but ONE of several reasons this NY State crap will be TOTALLY dismissed in due course.

The STATES have ZERO authority over any Federal Election finance laws, since they can ONLY control the campaigns of State and Local candidates. ALL Federal candidates fall under Federal Law, and there is NO Federal Law that addresses the charges that Bragg is floating about Trump. He is basically attempting to apply a State law to a not-a-Federal-crime. And even the CLOSEST Federal crime is a misdemeanor which the legal theory Bragg is using is on VERY shaky ground. You don't "indict" for a misdemeanor.

This is pretty much a case that ANY pre-graduate law student could win inside of the time it took to file the Motion to Dismiss.

Believe it or not, COVID lockdowns has exposed the LW for the NAZIS they are. When parents started tuning in to their kids school at home, all the ideological indoctrination was exposed.
