Since when did paying off an extortionist become a crime?  Seems that Daniels, the extortionist, is the one that broke the law.  Why hasn't any in the lapdog for the dim-0-craps' media asked that question?

The REALITY of this case is simple. The Feds REFUSED to bring charges in 2016. There was NO EVIDENCE that any "payout" was used to advance a political campaign. The Federal Election Commission ALSO refused to do anything as well since there was NO EVIDENCE of any violation of the laws.

Bragg is attempting to turn a State misdemeanor law into a FELONY for a FEDERAL case that the FEDS HAD NO EVIDENCE TO BRING ANY CHARGES MUST LESS PROSECUTE!!!

This is NOT any kind of "justice" but nothing more than a PERSECUTION under some **** LEGAL THEORY that is likely to be tossed is there is a DECENT JUDGE in the State to hear the motions to dismiss.
