This case in NY is, by far, the flimsiest case against Trump. Even Smerconish (CNN) and his legal expert were saying it was weak this morning. First, an NDA is not illegal. Hell, even CNN has a history of using NDAs...they are very common. From what they said, the case is based on a never before tried interpretation of NY law that will be extremely difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Add to that, what if focuses on...how Trump's repayment installments to Cohen were classified on financial disclosure...rarely is classified as anything that carries any jail time.

Smerconish is even changing his tune on the FL and GA cases. He thinks the fact that Trump, Biden and Pence all violated the exact same law...Trump now has the Selective Prosecution defense at his disposal (and Smerconish says the argument has merit). He also thinks the Georgia GJ bimbo foreman taking her media tour adds credence to the "political vendetta" arguement....only one juror needs to be convinced. His opinion...GA should be the first case.

Yep...it's all about destroying Trump leading into 2024. The dems don't have a legit platform so they have to employ lies...and most of the MSM helps the dems.
