Thing missing in your analysis is understanding natural timing to everything limited to remain evolving forward now. What few people know is that, assuming the numbers aren't intentionally fraudulent, the methdology/heuristics is fatally flawed. What the BLS presumably does as part of its data collection is scour sites like Indeed and LinkedIn looking at the # job openings.
A) According to a small business lending firm's poll of 1000 hiring managers (this blurb came from WSJ) almost half of the listings aren't for "real" positions. They're there to give potential investors the ILLUSION "muh company is still GROE-ing, plz gif me munney!"

B) Jobs, assuming they are real, are frequently posted on multiple sites. And I severely doubt BLS employees have the intellect or motivation to account for duplicates (I assume the easiest method is to poll HR or hiring managers and ask how many sites they post on then do an adjustment - crude but simple)
C) Assuming the demand for labor is outstripping supply, you should see a sustained increase in wages (this is not happening). All of those so called "wage gains" were eviscerated by inflation.
D) Companies are running with fewer personnel than ever before; this means aggregate worker income is dropping despite hourly wages rising. Many current employees have to do the jobs of 1.5-2 former employees and I can confirm this based on talking with my (poor) W2 friends, lol.
If that's too difficult to understand, picture this:
So let's say in small town **** in Arkansas, there used to be 3000 employed back in 2019. Thanks to the globalist/banker/international finance cabal unleashing a flu so they can scare you into injecting yourself with their serum, many have not returned to work for various reasons. The structural shift (dysfunction) now means only 2500 are working in ****, AR.
Those 2500 need a 20% wage increase to match what those 3000 earned (add in another 20% for real inflation).
1.2 × 1.2 = 1.44
