Besides if this action did everything the AG of Manhattan says it is ... why is Stormy Daniels being charged a-well ... Logically she also participated in the entire process ...
No it is just the dems being political again .. another dem hoax ...
And the only way Bragg could take this route was by having a convicted perjurer with an axe to grind against Trump say that it's so...jerrab » 25 Mar 2023, 1:10 pm » wrote: ↑ --------------------------------------------------------

Bragg’s case reportedly alleges that the Trump Organization falsely logged the payment to Daniels as legal expenses so it wouldn’t have to be disclosed as money benefiting Trump’s presidential campaign. One specific charge would likely be falsification of business records, a misdemeanor offense in New York. But, per the Times, Bragg’s team has considered arguing that these business records were falsified to cover up another crime — which could mean Trump would be charged with a felony.

Pretty shaky to say the least.
The problem Bragg has now is, if the Grand Jury does vote to indict, he could be facing prosecutorial misconduct charges for the way he handled the process by putting a known perjurer on the stand to commit perjury again for political expediency.
The only way for Bragg to get his nuts out of this vice now is to have the GJ pass on the indictment recommendation.
Cohen may end up facing more charges too before it's all over with for lying to the Grand Jury while under oath.
I agree, but there is at least one person willing to testify that Cohen was lying to the Grand Jury in this case... and that person isn't a convicted perjurer either, like Cohen is.

2017January: Cohen seeks reimbursement from the Trump Organization for $180,035 — $130,000 for the payment to Daniels, plus a wiring fee and an extra $50,000. Trump Organization executives double the reimbursement to $360,000 and add another $60,000, for a total of $420,000 to be paid in monthly installments for 12 months.Cohen sends invoices for $35,000 per month and receives $420,000 from the company over the course of the year.

If I tell you I expect there will be people shot this weekend in Chicago, am I "encouraging" it? And a dope like YOU thinks that's a crime, don't you?![]()
Beyond that, you obviously have ZERO knowledge of how it is THE PROSECUTOR who is required to provide PROOF OF GUILT of the accused, NOT THE DEFENDANT TO PROVE HIS INNOCENCE!
And obviously, you care nothing about the FACT that Cohen has ALREADY BEEN PROVEN TO BE A LIAR REPEATEDLY IN COURT, and yet you want an ex-president convicted by believing that THIS TIME he's telling the truth despite the fact that doing so is committing perjury from his past testimony. Then you want to ignore that the statute of limitations on this alleged crime expired years ago, and even if it WAS still a valid case, IT WOULD BE A MISDEMEANOR JUST LIKE IT WAS WHEN OBAMA COMMITTED THE SAME INFRACTION and paid a fine for it!
You're truly both gullible and a hate-filled moron to be SO convinced that THIS time, YOU GOT HIM!

Former President Donald Trump's fury at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg could land him in hot water, legal experts warned on Thursday.Trump has repeatedly attacked Bragg, who is reportedly nearing a potential indictment in his investigation of the 2016 hush-money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels, calling him an "animal" and calling for his supporters to "protest" his widely anticipated arrest. The former president early Friday morning warned of "potential death & destruction" if he is charged in the case, and pushed back on calls for his supporters to remain "peaceful."Amid his relentless all-caps attacks on Bragg, Trump shared an article from the far-right outlet National File that included an image of Trump holding a baseball bat next to an image of Bragg's head.

anyone who thinks cohen paid daniels on his own is pretty gullible, but that is trump's criteria when it comes to his supporters and his agents.
cohen admits he was gullible when he believed trump when trump said not to worry, everything will be fine when he paid daniels.
every lawyer he has has gotten into trouble, cohen, rudy, the one convicted with trump co, the ones he has connected with the documents etc etc
and they get the heat and the jail sentences while trump walks free.

And I have questions for you .....
would it be reasonable to state that the Dems over the last 7 years have turned Trump into the most investigated man
on the planet?
And have found nothing ....
and that this latest assault on Trump is nothing more than another abuse of power by a partisan Democrat trying to manufacture a felony out of thin air?
How many times does Trump have to kick your liberal *** over such **** investigations before you're no longer content looking like a horse's ***?Trumprules » 25 Mar 2023, 10:47 am » wrote: ↑ Oh don't mind them they are running out of lipstick for their pig.
