I quit fighting it and bought guns for myself and my wife.

I guess it has always sucked for some people, and, for others, once their slice of society benefitted from it, then they came to believe that it sucked for anybody else. really... women didn't think progressive America was terrible when it was giving them the right to vote. *** didn't think that progressive America was terrible when it passed the CRA and the VRA.... but, man, can they all have a change of heart about Progressive America when it starts letting homos get marred.....

None of the females in my family would be anything other than ecstatic about being pregnant (except my wife, who is decades post menopausal).... so **** it... we're good. I used to really play the politics game. I was the chief of staff for the Maine Senate Assistant Majority Leader after I retired from the Navy. Her husband had been an Annapolis grad like me and talked her into bringing me into her campaign. I know how politics works. I know I am not vigorous enough to fight in that arena anymore. I have lost the fire in the belly. Now... I vote... and banter on an internet message board... and send money to democrats who ask me for it.
And then I vote, did I mention that part?
