The notion of "No Justice, No Peace!" is a leftist ideology that is based on emotion and not truth. It's about revenge for a perceived wrong, regardless.
If a black man is killed by the cops during an interaction, then the "No Justice No Peace!" Ideology states that the cops were in the wrong and must be persecuted, regardless of the actual facts. This leads to a weaponized Justice system based on emotion, which is what we have in this Country today, orchestrated by the leftist.
The fact that Bragg campaigned on the promise that he was going to "get Trump", expresses this perfectly. At that point, it didn't matter if Trump was actually guilty or not anymore. He was guilty, and the burden was on him to prove his innocence. I'm not sure what world you live in, but that isn't justice. That's revenge.
The Government picks and chooses who gets prosecuted and who doesn't based on nothing more than political ideology anymore. Another example was when the IRS targeted Conservative organizations and denied them 501c status as a means to cripple their ability to operate back during Obama's second term. That was using a Government agency to try and silence political opposition any way you look at it.
Alvin Bragg's "justice" system turns hardcore criminals back onto the streets of NYC daily to pray on the citizenry over and over again, yet directs all his time and effort towards prosecuting a political enemy for what equates to spitting on the sidewalk... and you apparently have no problem with him doing so because to you, the ends justify the means.

Look at the man's record. He is KNOWN for downgrading felony crimes to misdemeanors, with the exception being his number one political target, which is Trump.

Under New York state law, defendants are only required to give a DNA sample after they have been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony offense.
