It seems to me that you carry an emotional vendetta against Trump and want the man locked up so badly because of your TDS programming that you don't give a flying **** how it is accomplished or how Bragg politically weaponized the entire NY AG office against Trump and what that weaponization means in a country claiming Democracy .
If Bragg is successful with his treachery and creates a new legal precedent via his flimsy legal theory .....
The notion that we are all equal under the law gets thrown out the window ....and political indictments will become the norm.

It won't matter what NY State does, this entire fiasco is BLOWING UP in their faces, and even if they do get a "conviction", it's going all the way to the SCOTUS on appeal. There is no "crime" there and basing your entire case on the testimony of a CONVICTED PERJURER is going to one tough cookie to crumble and win with.
ANY 1st year law student can totally DESTROY Cohen inside of 20 seconds. Heck, for that matter about ANY ORDINARY CITIZEN can make Cohen look like the LYING SACK OF **** he is. Simply point out the MULTIPLE "versions" of his STORY that has been said over the past 6-7 years. I am SURE that when asked, "Which one is the lie and which on is the truth today, Mr. Cohen??" hits, Cohen is subject to ANOTHER LYING POS PERJURY CHARGE since he testified UNDER OATH before a Grand Jury, and now, if it gets to a trial, in OPEN COURT.
And IMMEDIATE motion to the court to have Cohen arrested and charged for MORE LIES is going to be SWEET A REVENGE AS IT GETS!!

Cases with notoriety are routinely moved to find unbiased juries, Trump's team might be able to argue he can't get an unbiased jury in the state, that is if the case isn't dismissed on statute of limitations outright.
