If you're foolish enough to think that it's a crime to pay someone in a non-disclosure agreement, you're sadly mistaken and completely ignorant of the law. NDA's are perfectly legal and they're done every day in corporations just like Trump's. And there isn't a scintilla of proof that there was ever any purpose for them entering into such an agreement other than an attempt to keep knowledge of the affair from his wife, a perfectly reasonable purpose for the NDA.

and again, "felony" is not an applicable word for impeachment proceedings, but only for criminal ones.

That's why his acquittal was completely phony, fool! He was charged in two articles of impeachment with perjury and obstruction of justice!
He was SHOWN to have lied to Congress and therefore was clearly guilty!
No one EVER denied that he committed perjury, and that's why he was forced to accept the punishment of losing his license to practice law and he had to pay Paula Jones $850,000 in the settlement.
So why was THAT payment of hush money OK for Democrat Bubba, while you idiots are stupidly trying to call the NDA Trump agreed to for just $130,000 some kind of crime that he hasn't even been accused of!
Only stupid Democrats think it's worth paying the multi-million dollar costs necessary to arraign Trump for a made-up "crime" over $130,000, for which they don't have a scrap of criminal evidence to support!
