Depends on what the foreign countries are expecting in return for these high paying jobs. If money goes to "the big guy" then it's an illegal contribution and a clear conflict of interest. Dems have set the bar, expect Biden and family to be criminally charged when he leaves office.

And there is certainly nothing illegal about being the father of a son who uses his dad's position to improve his own.
