There are no appeals.
There is no reprieve... no "good behavior" program.
Once the fines are levied, that's just it. You live with it, or leave. There is no going back.
At some point you have to clear the table and start a new game.

Not sure what you're implying here but it's definitely different than it used to be. Most of the libs are gone and it just seems that there's mostly cons agreeing with cons.
