Can anyone estimate what a payment would be on a 60k ev per month?
I'm wondering how long it would take for it to start saving me money?

in 2022 there were 2.86 million new cars sold in usa. biden orders what percentage of cars be e-mobils by 2030? was it 80%. if so multiply the tax credit by that number. and what happens to paying off the national debt? or even paying interest on the ev tax credit debt? these asshole politicians never reveal the whole story.

That's just the first step, the next step will be to outlaw gas engines... to combat climate change.. lol.. I'm not sure what the real goal is but it can't be good, another scheme that's part of the great reset.. you will own drive an electric car and you will be happy...

Final cost is dependent on trade in vehicle.  Isn't that standard?

To produce ETVs requires new plants to be built, which will require a lot of construction laborers to build them, and technically trained workers to make the parts and assemble them.

Would you prefer that ETV plants be built abroad, then?

You appear to be truly ignorant about how capitalism works.

I don't pay income taxes.

First, you must buy a new EV that qualifies. Then you’ll need to fill out IRS Form 8936 to claim your credit of up to $7,500 against your tax bill when you file your 2023 taxes. Starting in 2024, however, the new law will allow you to get the credit upfront at the dealer at the time of purchase.

However, the EV credit is what the IRS calls a “nonrefundable” credit, meaning you can’t get more money than the total you owe in taxes. So, if you only owe $4,000 in federal taxes for the year, you’ll owe $0 after the credit, but you’ll “lose” the excess $3,500 you didn’t need.

BTW: The $28,000 price is for a bare bones' car with out the other charges throw in yet.
