today's home prices are only a spike in the prices of homes. major cause of home price chages are: wars in your nation. 1930 style depression. huge increase in inflation. land use laws that dry up inventories. lots of reasons. as the population increase, and land use laws stop single home building. the only way a young american will get a single family home is to inherit one. wow. the child who inherits the home will never have home payments. while his buddy will struggle to make ends meet. the social pressure will be on to increase property taxes on the inherited homes, to pay for the local schools. is that right. anyway, today's young people want to live in big city apartments. eat out, no commuter cost, no mowing lawns, spend on seeing the world and no children. as interest goes up, why buy a house? yes. single home prices will crash again. as life styles change.

Oh, so naturally because I prefer Republicans over Democrats, a dope like you makes the idiotic assumption that I like big government, huh?
Is there a rule in your book of "Politics for Idiots" that requires a voter MUST approve of every government policy his party supports?

Guess that means that liberal idiots like you LOVE tranny sex, drag queens, high crime and an open border that funds millions of illegals, right?

Am I playing the game correctly, nitwit?

So, it remains your moronic opinion that a voter MUST support every policy of every Republican, regardless of whether every one of his policies is far better than that of his Democrat counterpart?

Does it mean that you're such an idiot that you support the Democrat positions on the open border, defunding the police, allowing drag queens to hold reading seminars to young children or support Biden's $6+ TRILLION in his budget that includes over $4 TRILLION in new taxes?  Why are you so afraid to come clean and defend THOSE strongly-held Democrat policies?

Explain yourself, nitwit, before attempting to bombard the Republican voters with your irrelevant and hypocritical ****?

Oh, I get it!  So you're the kind of moron who ONLY votes if a candidate holds EVERY ONE of the identical positions you do, and since none ever do, you're stupid enough to think that your self-righteous idiocy is solidified by not ever voting for a politician who actually has a chance of winning, huh?

Please explain that degree of dementia you're suffering from, because it seems to rival that of the Alzheimer's-riddled Biden!

Yes, peepee. Some people have money. I'm guessing giving you money would be a wise decision.
Nothing is easier than defending the status quo.

Sure sounds like I hit a nerve there!
Empty-headed trolls like you refuse to vote simply so that you're free to criticize the choice of everyone else who does.

Are you going to try to tell me that there would have been no difference to the country right now if Trump won in 2020?
Are you really that supremely ignorant?

Oh, so in your incomparable genius, you figure you're teaching someone a lesson by refusing to vote, or by wasting your vote on someone who has no chance of winning?
Do you similarly throw your money into the street because you're such a monetary genius that you need to show everyone how smart you are because you know how worthless it is?

Take my advice, moron, because it's a fact!  You're not nearly as bright as you think you are!

No, don't get me wrong.
I'm tickled to death that ignorant leftists like you DON'T vote for anyone who has a chance of winning, because I guarantee you'd be voting for nothing but far-left radicals anyway!

So, you go, girl!  Teach 'em a lesson!

As if I'd be a bit concerned over the opinion of an ignorant left-wing pauper who claims to be an expert on money but doesn't have two nickels to rub together!

Just keep on attempting to convince everyone here what a genius you are without ever having a scintilla of useful knowledge, urine boy!
