Now let's REALLY put your LIE out to pasture!!
If you’re in Louisiana, you’ll need to travel out of Louisiana to get an abortion unless you qualify for an exception. Exceptions are very limited and include:
  • To save the pregnant person's life
  • To prevent serious risk to the pregnant person's physical health
  • If the fetus is not expected to survive the pregnancy.
https://www.abortionfinder.org/abortion ... -louisiana

And THAT SHUTS YOUR LYING ARSE MOUTH AND PUTS YOUR ARSE OUT TO PASTURE ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!

That doesn't mean abortions have been banned OR that she is being forced to do something.

It’s legal for you to leave Louisiana and get an abortion out of state.

"This woman" is playing a social martyr. What she says only describes what she minds as true to character. There is no evidence in this whole thread this actually happened as "this woman" said it did.

Faith grants exemption from understanding living in real time. Facts compose alternate outcomes of what actually did happen. Spawning reasonable doubt by context over content evolved or evolving.

debating evolution is divide and conquer that which is currently evolving in series parallel displacement.

It has never been my position that travel might not be required. If someone wants something, it often requires travel.  That is nothing in the constitution that says anything offered in one state must be offered in every state.

Notice you are still discussing a live zygote, embryo, fetus form since a fertilized cell started dividing into body organs around a brain which was the nucleus of that fertilized cell developing the nervous system with each cell division into an infant at birth replacement its previous 4 generation gaps already lived and living.

First...it should read either, "So, if the women are in Texas..." or "So, if the woman is in Texas..."

Second...A woman from Texas could get it removed without being charge with a crime. She would just have to travel to another state.

That is a very difficult thing for a woman to endure, and then still try again.

Yes..she would.  She would need to leave the state, but she could get "the care".

I answered your QUESTION, ****!! Sad that you just don't like the ANSWER YOU GOT, but that's NOT MY PROBLEM!!

SHE DOESN'T LIVE IN TEXAS and there is no reason to see what Texas offers. PERIOD!! TEXAS LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO YOUR "woman being forced to carry dead baby".

BECAUSE she lives in Louisiana and even the LAWS THERE would permit her to get "induced" as needed to terminate her pregnancy.

SUCKS FOR YOU that your *** GOT KICKED, huh, BITCH???

You're preaching to the choir with me.  I have no problem with the abortion pill being made available for women up to 10 weeks of pregnancy.
