I remember a case of a farming family doing just what you propose. Not only that, they took to the airwaves and started telling others to do it. The FBI showed up and shot them to death. The Feds lost a couple of officers too.

SS is the largest Ponzi scheme of all time. I am a boomer beneficiary and i am all in favor of raising taxes on YOU and sending it to ME. The gen.xyz wanted the covid to be a boomer remover. Didn't happen that way and you will pay for us for a long, long time. We must take care of the aged no matter what it costs YOU. Thanks for the caring.

You're an idiot.
Wanting ROI for something you were forced to "invest" in, isn't "loving" anything.
The same money invested in the market would allow Americans to retire at 55 with more than double their income, and when they died, the remaining monies could be willed to their heirs.

But liberals love their big government than they do senior citizens.

In claiming that the rate of return on a stock investment is guaranteed to be greater than the return on any other asset, is lying. If an investment-firm broker made this claim to his clients, he would be arrested and charged with stock fraud.

Michael Milken went to jail for several years for making just this type of promise about financial investments.

PRIVATIZATION PROFITEERS ARE THE PONZI SCHEME = no one know what will be left for SSI........
Liar.
There was only ONCE in history where the DOW dropped for 4 years.

I spent 45 years of my life trying to build a nest egg where I wouldn't need social security at all.

then the capitalizers off reasonable doubt in charge of global financing imploded my nest egg inside out working plausible deniability and planned obsolescence to the point Social security won't exist for American citizens either going to illegal invaders getting all the benefits setup to serve previous generations that created the funds for themselves.

Each of the 5 generation gaps left evolving forward now.

Let me do the numbers here again for accountability like no statistical averaging pie chart ever exposes in plain sight.

since inception original humans became 1 of 16 great great grandparents to a 2nd generation gap becoming 8 great grandparents leading into 4 grandparents adding the 2 parenting the arriving great great grandchildren one at a time completely changing population forward here same as it continues to do now. Those that didn't reproduce, their unique DNA didn't advance another generation gap.

Generations 6 through currently here have 6.25% their unique DNA as recessive genes going back to original 16 great great grandparents at inception of this species. So last 4 generations are 100% each lifetimes dominate genetics Making each ancestor the likeness of their 30 previous DNA donors in 50% parents, 25% grandparents, 12.5% great grandparents, 6.25% their great great grandparents.

Universal constant.

Know what self evident means kinetically instead of debating potential outcomes all the time.

We do not want history to repeat itself:

SSI trust fund does just contain IOUs, but they’re not worthless. If they are, someone should tell that to the very smart and very rich people, and the central banks of Japan, China, and many other countries that hold a large share of their assets in U.S. government bonds.

When the trust fund was created in 1935, the law stipulated that any excess revenues coming into the Social Security system must be used to purchase federal government bonds. (At the time, the stock market had just lost over 75% of its value and was understood to be unsafe.)

Federal bonds are absolutely safe; the government of the United States has never defaulted on any bond obligation.

Former President Bush appeared to be ready to break this tradition. He appeared to want the Treasury to “selectively default” on the bonds in the Social Security trust fund.

He obviously felt the United States doesn’t have to meet its obligation to the working people of America the way it meets its obligations to ultra-wealthy bondholders.

His suggestion that the U.S. government might not be willing to repay its debt obligations was remarkable and for a time completely disrupted global financial markets. YES THE EARTH SHOOK VIOLENTLY.

HEY KEVIN MCCARTHY GIVE IT UP = TELL ALEC NO MORE NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!
Gee, that's funny, seeing how the BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Social Security and Medicare TRUST FUNDS are ALL saying that by 2034, the FUNDS WILL BE DEPLETED!! AND THAT INVOLVES DOING NOTHING which is PRECISELY what you and your NAZI ILK are demanding happen- do NOTHING!!

Did you miss that MEMO??

You are a effing IDIOT....
• The Old-Age and Survivors Insurance (OASI) Trust Fund will be able to pay 100 percent of total scheduled benefits until 2033, one year earlier than reported last year. At that time, the fund's reserves will become depleted and continuing program income will be sufficient to pay 77 percent of scheduled benefits

https://www.ssa.gov/OACT/TRSUM/index.html
Now you can take you a big ol dose of STFU, LOSER!!! I posted FACTS and here are even MORE FACTS!! What I SAID is that the TRUST FUND is going BROKE, which it is from the TRUSTEES REPORT ABOVE!!! YOU LIE, not me.

SUCKS for you that your LIES are soooo damn easy to bitch slap into oblivion!!

Trustees vs trusting souls that believe anything is possible except now is eternity eternally separating reproducted results forward one at a time here in plain sight.

Human intellect invented reasons to believe that isn't true while completely accurate. The trustees corrupt everyone trusting them.

The 2023 Annual Report of the Board of Trustees of the Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance and Federal Disability Insurance Trust Funds, released today, shows that our Social Security system remains strong and fully affordable. This year’s report announces that Social Security has an accumulated surplus of approximately $2.8 trillion.

It projects that, even if Congress took no action whatsoever, Social Security can pay all benefits and associated administrative costs until 2034. It is 89 percent funded for the next quarter century, 83 percent for the next half century, and 80 percent for the next three quarters of a century.

At the end of the century, in 2100, Social Security is projected to cost around 6 percent of gross domestic product (“GDP”). That end-of-the-century cost is a substantially smaller percentage than most other wealthy countries spend on their counterpart programs today.Social Security Works has released a fact sheet that puts the report into further context, including the context of the ongoing fight over raising the debt ceiling.

The following is a statement on the report from Nancy Altman, President of Social Security Works

“The takeaway from this report is that whether to expand or cut Social Security’s modest but vital benefits is a question of values, not affordability.

Congressional Democrats have proposed several plans that expand benefits. These plans are fully paid for by requiring millionaires and billionaires to contribute their fair share.

These proposals are bipartisan in the way that matters — they have strong support from Democratic, Republican, and independent voters. In contrast, 88 percent of voters oppose cutting benefits.

Unfortunately, Republican politicians are not listening to their voters.

The most recent budget of the Republican Study Committee, which consists of about three quarters of the House Republicans, includes deep cuts to both Social Security and Medicare. Other Republicans are trying to create fast-track commissions that operate behind closed doors, aimed at forcing cuts that would not be supported in the sunshine.

To see the results of cutting earned retirement benefits through an undemocratic process, one only needs to look across the Atlantic Ocean, where the French people are rising up in anger.
Psssst. DICKBREATH, you have a PROPAGANDA PIECE, I posted the ACTUAL REPORT and they DO NOT AGREE!!

Take your **** and shove it back up that SMOKE FILLED ARSE OF YOURS and run along because you have had that tiny little ARSE of yours spanked MASSIVELY and ofter on this one thread alone!!
