It's called ssi, supplemental security income and you have to be at least a naturalized citizen. It's also much less than social security benefits.

I followed the rule of law all my life spending 40 years attempting to create a retirement where I wouldn't rely on social security, but in the last 20 years those in charge destroyed the value of my 40 year investment to where now I am dependent upon social security tp pay for my health insurance, taxes, eternal debt to societal evolution leaving me nothing of what I spent 40 years doing my duty to be self reliant in a rigged reality designed to favor those in charge of each society at large.

You see the larger picture of evolving contracts a population forward if last generation doesn't reproduce more than parented a next generation.

My natural algorithm to ever changing population doesn't include siblings that didn't reproduce and my accountability is done calculating only those that have, not haven't.
