Fox news wasn't winning the messaging war. And they would of lost even more if they tried thos case. So they settled for a huge chunk of change.

Well I think the lawyers get 300 million so they were happy. 

I just read on Bloomberg the settlement was 787.5 million dollars. A three quarters of a billion dollars! The sad thing is that Dominion didn't have much of a case.

2 billion dollar increases in revenue each year over the last 2  years....and projected to be 4 this year .....
Fox needs the financial loss....
and has won in the end .....

Lawyers like to settle these lawsuits before trial

Psssst. Dopey. IF Dominion had such a GREAT CASE, they wouldn't have SETTLED for less than what they ORIGINALLY SUED FOR!! They didn't even get HALF of their  original claim!!
