It WOULD be, if not for the COPIOUS threads where the left defended it. 

Denying that it is happening is only one of their sleazy defenses. Another is to downplay the seriousness, and another is to downplay the oftenness. They also insist that it saves "trans kids" from suicide. 

Righties like yourself who are not bush neocons are EXTREMELY easy to identify - to disqualify from that label. It SHOULD be equally easy to disqualify any leftist on this board - and there are a few - who reject the gaslighting. 

He ain't one of em.

I do not doubt for an instant that he posted the video. His claims went far beyond that.

Beyond that, baiting the board's tardocons with some isolated nutjob is a far **** cry from what vegas did, which was to invite every lefty to distance himself from the gender-gaslighting which is ANYTHING but isolated. Kelly declined the offer. 

Bear in mind that I am not allowed on ANY of the sites that welcome these pedophiles, unless I keep my head down and my mouth shut about their **** perversions. One damned whisper against the gaslighting narrative and out I go. That they even get to POST here is more than my kind are offered by the system they support and defend. I would hate that.

We have NEVER put up with pedophiles or those who defend them. Not before it went mainstream, and not now. We did BRIEFLY attempt to argue down - to speak sense to - to dissuade from folly those leftists who were in here defending it. And then, in a moment of clarity, I suddenly realized that these **** have sold their souls - and the safety of this nation's children - for a seat at the cool kids' table. They are unreachable. And I had been putting up with pedophiles and their defenders.

If my choices are:
1. Accept an echo chamber, or
2. Put up with sneaky pedophiles and their sneaky supporters defending child rape,

then I choose **** echo chamber - all day and all night. It is my hope that we can do better than that. That we can attract something better - that nature abhoring a vacuum, our refusal to put up with misogynist creeps and pedos and their supporters will pull in something better.

A dog with a small bone must drop it, if he is to get a bigger bone. If we do not have the balls to nip pedophilia in the bud as we always have done (but for a brief blindness borne of incredulity), then we do not deserve better.

Neocons are retards, and yes, not better - or if so, not by much - than kid cutters ultimately. But many of them can be reached. The blindness they suffer is not wilfull. In the case of taipan, it certainly is wilfull - he cares not a whit about the issues. And he wears a brand. In any case, with them, we argue politics. Not children's and women's safety.

There MUST come a point at which words fail - and that point is where the meanings of words are not agreed to by the parties. When you are dealing with a fellow who points at a person with a dick and insists that is a woman who belongs in your mom's/daughter's/wife's/sister's shower, avoiding an echo chamber should be much farther from your mind than is getting a rock and crushing that ****'s skull for the insult to decency.

We had a hard, hard line on this board and its predecessor from the very beginning. Both camps - left and right - agreed that the one thing up with which we would not put is defenders of pedophilia. And it still is the one thing up with which we will not put. Ever. Not even if it hairlips the governor.
