The Right has been whining a great deal lately.  "Stop the Steal!" Jan 6th.  

And as far as the Conservatives are not emotional, Why do I get excuses and blame and no solutions to the ongoing problem of kids being gunned down?

What I am saying is that you all are going about it all wrong. You are wanting the government to do something about it. You will scream in the streets until the government listens. They aren't going to listen. You are even waiting for conservatives to give you solutions. You are waiting for others to come up with solutions. How about you take it on and not expect the government or the right to come up with ideas? Waiting around for others to bend at your will and pointing fingers won't do a damn thing. Do it yourself.

InBev beers, particularly Budweiser and Bud Light, are not selling in Grocery stores.  Walk down the beer isle at many grocery stores across the nation and you will see 24 packs of InBev beverages stacked up in front of the Beer Cooler.  So, what's going on here?  I'll try to explain:

• The fallout from the Bud Light Tranny-Beer ad is bad.  Not just a little bad, but earth-shatteringly bad.  Bankruptcy bad.  That's how bad it is.  People are leaving boxes of tampons on top of Budweiser Beers.
• Now, this space in front of the Beer Cooler is expensive grocery store space.  So, why are stores doing this?  Why not return the beer or leave it in the warehouse?
• Budweiser Beer distributors need to move product.  However, they cannot discount their product - not just yet.  They need to push product out to the grocery store beer isles all across the nation.  That's step 1.
• Distributors are paying for grocery stores to stack InBev product in the Beer Isle. These "promotional payments" do not show up in the gross sales numbers for the Distributors or for InBev.  InBev is funding these promotionals through the distributors. Right now it is being funded by huge credits for free or discounted products in the future.
• The grocery store shelf life for beer is about 2 months.  After that, they can still sell it, but they will need to discount it to move it.
• The Tranny-Budweiser storm isn't going to blow over - InBev realizes this now.  But, they still need to move beer before it goes out-of-date.  They need this stuff in the isles of Grocery Stores.  They are PAYING for placement right now.
• The Grocery Stores will discount this beer, incrementally, until they get rid of it.  This will be paid for by InBev.
• Whatever doesn't sell by the sale date will be repurchased by InBev through its distributors, if.....IF the companies are still profitable.

Much of the way this is being paid for by InBev is to make it look like its sales numbers haven't really been impacted in the upcoming quarterly reports. They will tag these huge payments in a line-item under "promotions".  The most important thing for InBev to do right now is try to make it look like none of this has impacted its sales.

Again, BS.  Pro-lifers have been pushing trigger laws for years, awaiting for Roe V Wade to be overturned.   Lawmakers practicing medicine instead of letting the doctors do the job they spent years training for.  Same issue with transgenders, Lawmakers again practicing medicine instead of doctors.

Right after InBev bought AB they dropped the *Born on Date" and replaced it with a "Best by date"... and added as much as two months to the shelf life in the process.

Before the sale, AB gave their products 110 days to be sold from the time it was canned or bottled or it was OOD... now it's 180 days, depending on the brand.

Truth be told, most mass produced brew is good up to and even past a year as long as it's stored correctly. It's all heat pasteurized now, even the draught.

That's pretty interesting information.  I read that they typically want it sold within 2 months of bottling. It's not that the stuff can't last longer than that, but it will not taste as good.  Have you ever had a beer that has been kept, un-refridgerated in a pantry for 3-6 months?  Not as good as when its fresh.

The flavor profile will definitely change with age, especially when considering how it is stored. 

AB requires their distributors to maintain a climate controlled warehouse (56°) as well, to ensure optimum freshness at the point of origin. They also used to require all of the route/delivery trucks be stripped of any product at the end of business on Friday and not be reloaded until Sunday night so that the beer wouldn't be exposed to the outside temps over the weekend sitting on the trucks in the lot. Miller is the same way.


I worked for a couple of different AB distributors back 20 some odd years ago before InBev came on the scene.

I figured you did.  You certainly know what you are talking about.  Having boxes of Budweiser sitting in the grocery store isles for weeks on end does not make for "good beer". 

However, as I suspected, they are beginning the great mark-down just to get rid of it.  If it ever gets to $5/case, I might buy some, mix up some tanerite and blow it up on my shooting range and publish it to youtube.......Butt-Light Destruction!!!  I'm sure someone will probably beat me to it.  Heck, Kid Rock was #1 with this sort of thing - gotta give him some credit.

So, I just checked.  And, YouTube is banning videos of people blowing up Bud Light with Tanerite. So, if you make one, you need to be creative in what you call it.

Yeah, and how did that change happen? The right made decent arguments against butchering children in the womb. We didn't whine and throw tantrums in the streets, crying and drawing attention to ourselves. We drew attention to the issue. You guys want personal attention. You want everybody to focus on you, instead of what you are protesting about. So, I say again, you want change, then do it yourself. Stop waiting on everybody else. 

The reality is that the fortunes of Bud Lite and ImBev are of little real consequence to anyone but shareholders in BUD.
So why are so many fools harping on such a totally trivial issue?
Because Fox "News" is harping on it... rather than their being totally reamed for lying to the public over their defeat in the Dominion case.

The average American is free to choose to buy any damn beer he wants, for any reason or no reason at all.
