But that isn't what federal law states...so there's that.

What makes a brain weak enough to mind social consensus? Rule of law is against equality to being alive now. You need some instinctive critical thinking skills to even get close to intellectually understanding this.

So in addition to legalizing marijuana, you also want to legalize heroin, fentanyl, meth, crack, cocaine, LSD, and any other drug that's currently illegal?

Asking for a friend.

If the GOV had made it legal...say 25 years ago; they would have made billions maybe even gazillions taxing it.

Homeless junkies lining the streets in their tents, **** in the gutter, throwing their used needles on the sidewalk, harassing passersby, and robbing and looting to feed their habits IS my business, dickhead!

So explain how it is that you think legalization of all drugs would stop any of that?

So, let me continue attempting to understand your stupidity.
You think legalizing all drugs will stop addicts from criminality to support their habits, or will keep people from becoming addicted at all?

If so, why don't you explain to us idiots why drug legalization in the UK hasn't done that and has been a complete failure?
Or how you can accept the fact that a third of pregnancies result in abnormalities of the infants born to drug abusing mothers?
Or how there are now 1.5 million drug addicts in the EU?

How much would you really expect the price of any currently illegal drugs to drop when heroin is now as cheap as $5 a bag, crack is only $10, and meth $15, especially when you know that the government will place huge new taxes on their legal purchase just as they did in the states that have legalized marijuana?
