Trump is not an indicted felon...he is a defendant facing felony charges. A indicted felon is a offender who has already been convicted of a felony and is facing another.

You cannot prove that the pee tapes do not exist.
Trump LIED about leaving the pageant as soon at it was over. Flight records reveal that he was in Moscow when the "pee tapes" were allegedly made.
Of course, Trump did not know his fooling around was recorded. He is pretty stupid, after all. It is clear that Putin has something on Trump.
When Putin dies or is ousted, the pee tapes will be revealed.
