Ok, that makes sense.  But, you didn't use FHA to get the house, you just used it to pay off a contract for deed, i.e. a "sort-of" mortgage.

It's nothing more than another tax on the middle class and the wealthy who would be forced to pay for the bad debt of those who are NOT credit worthy, only this one may very well be unconstitutional.

money flooding out of small savings and loans, and credit unions. government must stop the bleeding before causing many to close. i would recommend: allowing 6 month 'federal tax exempt' 5% cd's being issued by credit unions, and savings and loan banks. this would attract needed funds.
