Most of the world's hunger is situated in third world countries that are either banana Republic style dictatorships, war zones, or engaged in Tribal in-fighting ....
The money or food almost never reaches the hungry and even if it does the gains are offset because of how it affects the local farm industry that is never allowed to grow and prosper because of the huge amounts of money those in power in those countries make off of these donations which have become more of a racket than a solution.
