WTF? Seriously, a 30 year old man can choose to:

• go on Tinder and get some fat whore to swipe right on him, getting all the sex he can handle
• go to a bar and find some woman to bump uglies with
• Pay a whore to dress up like a little girl and screw her all night long, or
• stalk some 9 year old little girl, break into her house, fumble around with rubbing your DNA all over her (because the dumb-dick-pedophile is not going to actually have raging sex with her) knowing you are going to get caught, tortured, raped and eventually killed in prison.

Now, which of these 4 things do you not want to do?  There can't be a damn thing sexually attractive about a 9 year old girl.

you just don't understand the shame and misery a child rapist has to go thru in life....child rape is just an outlet for their frustrations of not being understood....besides due to progressive democrat and rino child sexualization in government schools it could be argued that she wanted it

I would decline to press charges. The last place I would want a child rapist is in prison protected by a whole bunch of other people just like him.  I might even post his bail, and have an Uber-Driver waiting outside to give him a ride.

DC is a literal cess-pit. Not only do you have the most corrupt politicians, attorneys, lawyers, etc running amok.... but then on the other side of the coin you have wild animals on the loose. I **** hate that city. DC and it's surrounding areas are all garbage and deep blue.
