It charges more for gas than any other state, and uses its laws to attack the transportation sector ON WHICH IT DEPENDS. 

And lying mother ****, they are INFAMOUS for rolling brownouts and blackouts. These crop up with a vengeance every other or every third year.

West is drier than East.  Some people need work.  Project two fold.

They've already tried it.  They were going to send people to Texas to collect, but the state can't afford to pay those people.  

The state is issuing debt to upgrade their electric grid, but they're having hard time finding buyers for the bonds.

I'd buy some California bonds.  But, here are my terms:

• Gavin Newsom would need to personally sign a guaranty that my bond will be re-paid with interest.
• Signed in his blood, on parchment
• With photos and DNA samples of his wife and children
• Secured by a mortgage on his house, and his children
• 200% interest APR

Come on, Gavin, let's make a deal!!!
