It was COMPLETELY because the shooter had reentered the country after being deported before?
It had absolutely nothing to do with lax gun laws, or inadequately trained LEO's, or any other factor?

Any money society paid to the cops in Uvalde only to have them sit in their frightened asses while children were slaughtered was money wasted, doncha think?
The cops in Cleveland Texas had been to this asshole's house on several previous occasions. If that rifle was possessed illegally, they had plenty of opportunities to confiscate it and to incarcerate him.
