not at all.  Progress would be allowing them to enter the mainstream, make a living wage and earn a path to citizenship while filling our pantries with the fruits of their labors.

Progress would be to give people first priority who are staying in their country and going through the legal immigration process -vs- the illegal wetbacks jumping in front and being processed.
