The fact remains.  Romans doesn't mention immigration, so it is, therefore, impossible for it to "specifically address illegal immigration" as you claimed.

It would seem that you are unaware that the Bible contains two testaments and that the OT predates the Roman Empire.  Many of the relevant passages describing the proper way to treat refugees are contained therein.  

And Jesus knew them all.  As a matter of fact, Jesus reached deep into Deuteronomy and Leviticus to find two reasonably obscure commandments from the Torah that are very much on point.  "Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

So why is it that when Biden breaks the law, you still support his actions?  And why was the Trump policy of requiring asylum seekers to wait in Mexico unfair to immigrants in any way?  Is it preferable to you that Biden's policies have made billionaires out of the Mexican drug cartels and coyotes, as they rape girls and women on their trip, then will casually toss children and infants over the wall and abandon them in the deserts or lock them in a trailer to suffer and die as they've done?  Or force them to become fentanyl drug mules when that drug is killing hundreds of Americans every week?
