The videos I've seen of Epps not only incites people to go into the Capitol tomorrow, but also shows him speaking to someone alongside him and then immediately moving forward and breaking through the barricades in front of the Capitol police. I have seen no footage of Epps breaking anything. And he certainly didn't incite anyone. You don't get "incited" to take some action and then, go home and sleep on it. People who merely entered the capitol and did not use force to break barriers or attack LEOs or steal stuff once they were inside were not indicted

Former FBI lawyer Clinesmith was the first person charged with making a false statement in connection with Durham’s investigation. He pleaded guilty in 2020 to falsifying a document used by the FBI to surveil a Trump aide.
