1. I have never defended illegal immigrants. I certainly support comprehensive immigration reform but I do not defend anyone who breaks our laws.
2. Is there a law against no cash bail?
3. I have never DEFENDED Ted Kennedy. I simply did not get all butt hurt that his political career was not ended because of an error in judgment.
